Revisions
Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $25 will be due per booking each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline ticket, a minimum of $125 per ticket will be due in addition to the revision fee. Lost tickets will result in a minimum fee of $125. Certain airfares do not allow changes of any nature.

In the event airlines require the tour operator to issue a ticket to preserve the current airfare, payment or ticket issuance may be required in advance.

Cancellations/Refunds
To minimize penalties, please advise us immediately should you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation. In this event, you will receive a full refund less the following charges:

Days prior to departure

46 days or more

$50 per person + any additional supplier fees

45 to 22 days

$125 per person + any additional supplier fees

21 to 0 days

$175 per person + any additional supplier fees

Supplier fees refer to any additional penalties charged by the airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, cruise lines, or any companies providing additional services.

Penalties are most severe on published airfares, holiday packages, peak periods, and special promotional sales.

In the event airlines require the tour operator to issue a ticket to preserve the current airfare, payment or ticket issuance may be required in advance.

Wedding deposits and other special payments are subject to their own cancellation penalties. Most are non-refundable. Please make sure you understand to cancellation and revision policies applicable to these special reservations.

Duplicate reservations may result in cancellation of all space and can incur fees.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Cost and coverage of the travel insurance varies greatly from one tour operator to another. You can also purchase insurance that is independent of the tour operators. Please consult one of our agents for details on plans available to you.

Documents Required for Travel
We recommend you obtain a passport for international travel. If you prefer, you can use an original, state issued, certified copy of your birth certificate with a raised seal, along with government issued photo i.d. (i.e. driver's license). If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact the appropriate Consulate. No refunds are issued for costs associated with your failure to bring proper documentation.

Baggage
Most airlines allow passengers to travel with two checked bags (maximum 70 lbs each) plus one carry-on bag (maximum 40 lbs). Additional baggage or baggage weight may incur excess baggage charges. Exceptions to this allowance are most common with charter carriers and small aircraft.

Aircraft, Flight Changes, and Delays
Passengers are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airlines, which when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger.

Note: In today’s world of increased security and very volatile fuel rates, surcharges can be added to airline rates. These additional charges, even on paid reservations, are the travelers responsibility.
