Room count includes the Bride and Groom. Stays must be for at least 3 nights. The reception is valued at $15 per person. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. You now have 2 ways to book a group at Sandals Resorts or Beaches Resorts.
The Easy Way: 95% of our wedding couples choose this option because they want their wedding planning to be hassle free.
1. Book your room and your wedding with us. Your friends and family can call and we'll add them to your group. When your group gets to 5 rooms, you'll qualify for the complimentary upgrade. When your group gets to 10 rooms, you'll qualify for full group benefits. All bookings are subject to Sandals Resorts normal terms and conditions, i.e. a $200 per person deposit with final due 45 days prior to departure. Space is subject to availability and rates are subject to change. A signed contract is required.
The Safe Way: Guarantee your space and rates.
2. Book your group's block of rooms all at once. This requires a signed contract and a 10% deposit. A group block has different terms and conditions*, i.e. 10% deposit and 35% deposit 90 days prior to departure. Rates are locked in and space is confirmed. A blocked group will require time and organization skills. Please do not take on this task lightly.

Payments:
A deposit equal to 10% is required to confirm the rooms.
A second deposit of 35% is due 90 days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date.
Final balance is required 45 days prior to arrival, along with a final rooming list and flight information.
Cancellations:
120 days or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for any cancellation.
Any cancellation between 119 and 90 days prior to arrival date, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable.
Within 89 - 45 days of the scheduled day of arrival, 45% or deposit will be charged for any cancellation.
Any cancellation or “NO SHOW” 45 days to arrival date will be charged 100% penalty.
